After months of hard work, My Pie Gilbert is finally open! Located off the Santan 202 and Gilbert Road – northeast corner of the Crossroads Towne Center, My Pie Gilbert is the third Arizona installment of the local fine-casual pizza franchise, offering authentic New York flavor.
A grand opening event is planned for Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 11 a.m. - close. Customers that attends will enjoy free garlic knots, live entertainment, kid’s activities and amazing giveaways throughout the day.
My Pie boasts a wide variety of menu offerings including pizza, salads, knots, calzones, pieninis and their signature chocolate chip cookies! My Pie is truly a modern classic. It is a place where each guest can custom build their own dining experience using authentic Italian pizza recipes and having it served New York fast. My Pie makes its own dough with gluten free and vegan pizza options and sauces daily from scratch. They procure the freshest vegetables, the highest quality meats, and bake them all together in an 800-degree oven for two minutes for fine casual dining.
