Join us for our FIRST ANNUAL Exhale Retreat and Dance Party!
A retreat where women of all faiths, 18 and up, can gather together, learn from each other, and give back to a local charity. We will be having group classes, motivational speakers, a raffle drawing* for some amazing prizes, and end the night with a super fun ladies only dance party!
We will have a Create Your Own Soda Bar, yummy treats, a photo booth, and shopping for Lighthouse For Hope and Do Good Be Kind.
We will also be doing a service project donating items for baskets for the Cancer kids at Phoenix Children's Hospital. (You will be asked to bring one donation item for the baskets with your tickets)
Through the classes and speakers, you will learn:
* How to own your own story and share it with the world
* Create intentional living with gratitude and mindfulness
* Share kindess and love with everyone you meet
* About local charities that give back to the childhood cancer community
We are so excited to meet you all and have a night of friendship, community, learning and FUN!
*ALL proceeds from the raffle ticket sales will go to Lighthouse For Hope, a local nonprofit organization that gives to families that have children with cancer.
FAQs
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Women only 18 and up. However, if you have teenage daughters that will be coming with you, you can bring them if they are 16 and up.
Are there group rates?
There is a Group Rate perfect for sisters or friends or mothers and daughters. For groups of 3 or more, you can use the Group Rate of $69, and save $10 per person.

Tickets are non-refundable
Will I need to bring anything or any money to the event?
Yes, all attendees are asked to bring a donation item for Anna's Baskets. The list of items to choose from is on the website: http://survivingthebubble.com/blog/exhale-retreat-and-dance-party/ You will be asked to bring this item(s) with you and your ticket to check in.
There will be opportunities to donate to Lighthouse For Hope charity at the event, including raffle ticket purchasing. Raffle tickets will be sold for CASH ONLY. Th
