Scottsdale's Premier Cooking School and Cafe! Sweet Basil Gourmetware & Cooking School opened in 1993 in a small space that could accommodate 12 people for a cooking class. Five years later, Sweet Basil moved three doors north to a much larger space with room for 14 students hands-on classes; 26 students for demonstrations.
