I Am So Excited To Announce This Month's Somatic Heart Circle!
These Women's Circles Are Potent And Powerful, Because We Dive Underneath The Surface Of The Skin To Experience Somatic And Body Based Healing.
This Month We Will Be Focusing On Loving Our Own Bodies, How We Receive And Give Love Through Our Bodies, As Well As How Paying Attention To Our Heart Can Actually Help Us To Reduce Anxiety In A Sustainable Way.
Please Bring A Blanket And A Yoga Mat.
Dark Chocolate And Tea Will Be Provided.
